Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Upstream Activities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic product plans and objectives
  • Conduct complex market and competitive analyses to identify unmet needs, whitespace opportunities, and differentiation strategies
  • Drive the development of biomechanical, pre-clinical, and clinical evidence supporting product development and commercialization
  • Oversee and manage high-impact project plans, ensuring alignment between engineering, regulatory, and clinical teams
  • Lead execution of design reviews, V&V testing, cadaver labs, and advisory boards
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through ownership of high-quality documentation (DHFs, DMRs, and DHRs)

Downstream Activities:
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product introductions
  • Oversee creation of impactful sales tools and educational materials (technique guides, training modules, sales collateral)
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain to manage forecasts, inventory plans, and product availability
  • Analyze product performance across multiple channels and integrate market feedback into roadmap decisions
  • Drive continuous improvement through voice-of-customer programs and post-launch field evaluations

Customer-Facing Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales teams to refine positioning, competitive messaging, and field strategy
  • Deliver clinical training and education to surgeons, sales reps, and OR staff
  • Provide advanced intraoperative support during product launches and evaluations
  • Serve as a field-based escalation point for complex technical or clinical issues
  • Champion customer insights internally to influence product evolution and strategic direction
