We9re looking for a
Senior Product Manager to help define, develop and execute Fortary9s institutional platform across trading, lending, and liquidity. This is a strategic solutions focused role at the intersection of product, markets, and infrastructure-focused on building best-in-class digital asset solutions for sophisticated financial institutions.
You9ll produce and implement the product vision and roadmap for the platform9s key capabilities, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver seamless, secure, and high-performance products. This role requires an in-depth understanding of institutional workflows and market structure, along with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable product strategies.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of building and launching products in fintech or crypto, thrives in fast-paced environments, and operates with a high degree of ownership and execution rigor. You9ll play a critical role in defining Fortary9s product direction and driving adoption across institutional clients globally.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Define and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fortary with a focus on institutional trading, lending and liquidity, aligning with company objectives
- Execute cross-functionally with engineering, business development, marketing, and design to deliver impactful product outcomes
- Research and understand customer needs across institutional segments to inform product direction
- Define and benchmark institutional competitors with a focus on institutional trading, lending, and liquidity to differentiate Fortary with it9s clients.
- Define market opportunities and develop them into clear product strategies, prioritized roadmaps, and revenue streams.
- Develop and scale core platform capabilities across Fortary, ensuring a seamless, secure, and high-quality user experience
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver product milestones
- Engage with institutional clients and partners to gather feedback, validate solutions, and drive adoption
- Deliver go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and successful product launches
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements and business value for internal and external stakeholders
- Execute effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment where adaptability and ownership are critical
WHAT YOU WILL BRING- 8+ years of product management experience in fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or financial services
- Experience building trading, lending and liquidity products for institutional clients (e.g., asset managers, hedge funds, banks, market makers, or fintech platforms)
- Familiarity with institutional financial workflows, such as custody, onboarding, compliance, regulatory reporting, and trading and lending related processes
- Exposure to trading systems or workflows (e.g., execution, liquidity access, OMS/EMS, or trading platforms)
- Experience driving products through the full lifecycle, from discovery and design to launch and iteration
- Strong ability to define and lead product strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with APIs, platforms, or developer-facing products
- Deep experience with institutional trading systems, market structure, liquidity venues, and B2B2C products
NICE TO HAVE- Experience with digital asset infrastructure, including custody, wallets, or DeFi protocols
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering on complex systems
- Experience delivering go-to-market strategy in fintech or crypto products
- Startup experience and/or experience building 01 products
- Background in financial services, capital markets, or management consulting
