Full Job Description
Recorded Future is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and advance takedown capabilities within our Digital Risk Protection portfolio. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with broad ownership and visibility across a critical area of the business.

The work sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, product development, automation, external partnerships, and business strategy, with the opportunity to shape how Recorded Future delivers and scales takedown outcomes globally.
What You'll Do:
  • Own the strategy and roadmap: Define the vision, priorities, and operating model for takedown capabilities within Digital Risk Protection.
  • Strengthen service delivery: Assess current workflows, performance, escalations, and customer pain points, then drive immediate and sustained improvements.
  • Scale the capability: Prioritize the highest-impact takedown types and translate complex operational requirements into scalable product workflows.
  • Design the operating model: Partner with Engineering and AI teams to improve validation, evidence collection, authorization, submission, monitoring, escalation, verification, and reporting, including where automation or human review is required.
  • Establish safeguards: Work with Legal and external experts to address authorization, false positives, liability, policy requirements, and regional differences.
  • Build the external ecosystem: Develop relationships with registrars, hosting providers, platforms, and other disruption partners to improve speed and success.
  • Measure and grow impact: Establish meaningful performance metrics and partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on packaging, monetization, adoption, retention, and growth.
What You'll Bring:
  • Deep, direct experience executing, designing, or leading digital takedown services, with meaningful ownership of the takedown lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of how requirements and execution vary by threat type, provider, platform, geography, evidence standard, and legal or policy basis.
  • Experience across relevant use cases such as phishing, malicious sites, domain abuse, impersonation, trademark or copyright infringement, social media abuse, or exposed code and data.
  • Experience turning complex, manual operations into product strategy, requirements, workflows, and scalable technology.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, automation, AI-assisted workflows, integrations, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Strong judgment around customer impact, false positives, liability, and when to involve legal or other subject-matter experts.
  • Demonstrated ability to align Product, Engineering, Legal, Support, and commercial teams without relying on a large dedicated organization.
  • A hands-on, curious, and collaborative approach, with the ability to solve immediate problems while building the longer-term model.
  • Existing relationships with registrars, hosting providers, platforms, or disruption partners are valuable. The ability and willingness to build them is essential.
