- Create and maintain roadmaps for reusable UI foundations, including component libraries, data visualization/graph capabilities, and domain kits for common platform/product workflows.
- Translate business and consumer needs into technical, functional, and non-functional requirements that engineering, design, and architecture teams can execute.
- Define user personas, adoption scenarios, and use cases for product teams consuming shared UI foundations and domain kits.
- Drive product development in partnership with software development teams, UX designers, architects, program management, and consuming product teams.
- Prioritize investments that reduce duplicate implementations, improve product consistency, accelerate adoption, and minimize breaking-change impact for consumers.
- Present product vision, roadmap, adoption progress, and demonstrations to internal constituents, customers, and leadership audiences.
- Identify emerging technology, market, and consumer needs that create opportunities or risks for Core UI foundations, graph/visualization capabilities, and Domain Kits.
- Support launches, migration planning, release readiness, and knowledge transfer to product teams, enablement, marketing, sales, and support teams.
- Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization's secure software development goals.
- Embrace curiosity, passion, authenticity and accountability. These are our values and influence everything we do.
