What you'll be doing
Discovery & Strategy
Lead product discovery activities in collaboration with design and technical counterparts, including stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, MVP definition, competitive analysis, and architecture alignment.
Develop a deep understanding of client business models, legacy systems, and modernization needs to inform a forward-looking strategy.
Delivery Leadership
Transition projects from discovery into delivery by creating clear roadmaps, prioritizing feature sets, and ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery teams.
Act as the primary product manager throughout the delivery phase, managing scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes while ensuring value-driven results.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, QA, and product/project mgmt. team members to deliver on modernization initiatives.
Ongoing Growth & Client Partnership
Build strong, consultative relationships with client stakeholders.
Partner with Codal's account and company leadership to expand business opportunities by identifying additional phases, enhancements, and support models.
What you'll need to be successful (Requirements)
