• Curious, a remote research and clinical data platform
• Mirror, an AI-powered journaling app designed with teens to support emotional reflection and mood tracking

This role will help shape scalable research and care tools designed to improve mental health outcomes for children, teens, and families.

The Senior Product Manager is an experienced, technically fluent, AI-native product leader who demonstrates strong judgment and a bias for execution, with experience or exposure to academic research, neuroscience, or mental health.

Reporting to the Director of Operations and Project Management, this is a full-time, exempt position located in our Midtown Headquarters office, requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office.

You Will:
  • Deliver Measurable Product and Business Impact - Own outcomes for these applications, including adoption, engagement, retention, and mission impact; define success metrics and consistently deliver against quantified goals aligned to organizational priorities.
  • Achieve and Maintain Product-Market Fit - Continuously validate customer and stakeholder needs through research and data; ensure delivered capabilities drive meaningful usage, satisfaction, and real-world impact across researchers, clinicians, and end users.
  • Define and Drive Product Strategy and Prioritization - Establish a clear product vision, target outcomes, and multi-quarter roadmap; make explicit trade-offs to focus investment on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Ensure Delivery of High-Quality Outcomes (Not Just Features) - Partner with engineering and design to deliver solutions that meet defined success criteria; hold accountability not just for launch, but for achieving intended business and user outcomes post-release.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Alignment and Execution - Align engineering, design, research, and leadership around priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes; drive clear decision-making and remove barriers to enable efficient, outcome-focused execution.
