Pointe-Claire, Quebec | HybridVortex is looking for a
Senior Product Line Manager to take ownership of a growing product line and help expand its reach into new markets and customer segments.
Reporting to the Chief Innovation and Engineering Officer, you'll own the strategy, roadmap and market success of
Aquatic Line Solutions. You'll translate market and customer needs into product requirements and work closely with Design, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to bring the right solutions to market.
What You'll Do- Own the product line strategy, roadmap, priorities and lifecycle.
- Drive market success, including product adoption, launches and product-market fit.
- Identify new market and customer opportunities for Aquatic Line Solutions.
- Translate customer needs and market insights into clear requirements for Design and Engineering.
- Build business cases for new products and opportunities.
- Drive Time to Market in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead product marketing and sales enablement for the line.
- Serve as the product expert for Sales and channel partners.
What You Bring- 10+ years of experience in product management or product ownership with physical or engineered products, or a strong commercial/technical background.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to build business cases and product roadmaps.
- Technical aptitude and confidence collaborating with Design and Engineering.
- A market-builder mindset and enthusiasm for growing a product line and reaching new customers.
- Advanced proficiency in French and English, spoken and written; Spanish is an asset.
- Comfort using AI tools for content and analysis.
- Availability to travel approximately 15% of the time.
