The Senior Product Designer is responsible for driving discovery, workflow design, interaction design, and user experience strategy across key compliance capabilities. The role requires a blend of hands-on execution, product thinking, stakeholder influence, and continuous improvement. Beyond delivering high-quality experiences, you'll help modernize design practices through experimentation, collaboration, emerging technologies, and a commitment to raising the overall maturity of the organization.
You'll join a growing Design team that is actively shaping how design operates within one of Western Union's most complex and business-critical domains.
