About the RoleHippocratic AI is looking for a Lead Product Data Analyst to drive company-wide product strategy and quantify the clinical, operational, and financial impact of our healthcare AI platform. This isn't a dashboarding role - you will establish the foundational measurement and evaluation strategy for AI clinical agents at scale, including critic frameworks, safety baselines, and quality criteria across all product lines.
You'll partner directly with Executive Leadership, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and clinical leads to solve highly ambiguous strategic challenges: What major product investments should we prioritize? What structural levers drive or limit customer adoption? How do we quantify long-term outcomes for health systems and patients - and prove them with decision-grade data?
The ideal candidate navigates complex, high-stakes ambiguity with ease, translates high-level strategic directives into rigorous analytical programs, and possesses executive-level business judgment to influence product roadmaps and customer partnerships.
What You'll DoDefine how we measure success- Partner across executive, clinical, and product leadership to establish company-wide AI agent evaluation frameworks, critic architectures, and quality baselines.
- Define company-level North Star metrics and multi-tier measurement strategies that proactively shape long-term product vision rather than tracking existing adoption.
- Design analytical approaches to evaluate product changes and program impact, including in real-world settings where randomized experiments aren't possible.
- Conduct pre- and post-launch analysis to determine whether initiatives achieved their intended outcomes.
Turn data into decisions and dollars- Architect end-to-end analytical solutions for complex, unstructured strategic questions, providing high-conviction recommendations to executive decision-makers.
- Develop comprehensive financial and business models linking product adoption to health system ROI, clinical outcomes, cost reduction, and value-based care performance.
- Partner with technical teams to improve instrumentation so the data behind these decisions is reliable.
Represent the work - internally and with customers- Synthesize complex analytical findings into compelling executive narratives for C-suite leaders and external healthcare partners.
- Represent product data strategy and ROI models directly in high-stakes C-suite customer and partner engagements.
- Serve as a principal analytics partner across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM, mentoring team members and establishing product analytics standards as the organization scales.
