The Senior Procurement Manager, Warehouse & Operational Services is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that support warehouse, distribution, supply chain, manufacturing, and operational equipment needs across Saputo USA, with opportunities to leverage North America scale where beneficial. This role leads supplier negotiations, supports operational requirements, and drives measurable value through lease optimization, maintenance cost control, supplier governance, asset utilization, lifecycle planning, standardization, capital planning, and total cost of ownership improvement across the network. This position partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Safety, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and site leadership to translate business needs into sourcing strategies, supplier solutions, scopes of work, commercial requirements, contracts, and governance models that support day-to-day operational performance and long-term business priorities. The role requires senior-level ownership, influence, and business judgment, including cross-functional leadership, supplier accountability, program optimization, and recommendations to divisional leadership.
How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
- Lead sourcing, lifecycle management, and governance of 3,500+ leased assets across 29 locations, including material handling equipment, fleet assets, maintenance services, and operational support solutions.
- Drive asset optimization through supplier strategies, standardization, replacement planning, redeployment, and total cost of ownership improvements.
- Analyze asset performance, utilization, and spend to identify cost savings, improve reliability, and support data-driven decision making.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and site leadership to align asset, warehouse, and equipment strategies with business objectives.
- Develop business cases, KPIs, reporting, and recommendations that support fleet optimization, capital planning, and enterprise value creation.
- Lead supplier relationships, governance, performance management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse, fleet, leasing, equipment, and operational service categories.
- Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies, including supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and implementation activities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align supplier and sourcing strategies with operational requirements and enterprise priorities.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to support budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, spend management, and contract compliance.
- Develop financial analyses and investment recommendations while monitoring performance against savings, cost, and value creation targets.
- Identify and implement technology, analytics, and supplier innovation opportunities that improve operational performance, visibility, and asset utilization.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and provide guidance to project teams to support operational improvement and network optimization.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, ora0a relateda0field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, operations,logistics, warehousing, asset management, fleet management, category management, ora0a relateda0function.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving suppliers, operations, financial stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams.
- Direct experience supporting warehouse,logistics, distribution, manufacturing, fleet, or operational service environments.
- Experience leading RFx events, supplier negotiations, contract development, supplier governance, and cross-functional sourcing projects.
- Experience developing business cases, cost models, total cost of ownership analysis, financial recommendations, or capital planning support.
- Strong analytical, financial, communication, project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders, make sound recommendations, lead through ambiguity, and manage competing priorities independently.

Salary range: $107,305 - $140,895
Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills and training.
Hybrid office:
Dallas - 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Milwaukee - 4 days in office, 1 day remote
