If you're a seasoned environmental engineer who enjoys tough technical challenges, strong client partnerships, and helping a team improve its engineering practice, this is a chance to step into a senior, highly visible role.
This role suits someone who works well across disciplines, likes mentoring emerging professionals, and is comfortable acting as a trusted advisor to clients working through technical, regulatory, and business challenges.
What You'll Get Out of This Role- You'll work alongside industry leaders who are shaping the future of environmental consulting across the West Coast. Your expertise will directly influence project outcomes, client relationships, and the firm's continued growth.
- As an owner, you'll share in the success you help create through participation in the firm's ESOP and an annual performance-based bonus. You'll be in a culture that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with real support for your professional growth.

What You'll Be Doing- You'll originate and grow client relationships while finding new opportunities across the firm's core practice areas. You'll build cleanup strategies on strong conceptual site models and regulatory insight.
- You'll lead multidisciplinary teams through every phase of a project: site assessment, investigation, remedy selection, construction, and closure. You'll manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality across multiple complex projects at once.
- On the technical side, you'll prepare and oversee feasibility studies, pilot testing, remedial system design, bid specifications, and engineering drawings. You'll also develop and review remedial cost estimates across the project lifecycle. You'll make sure key deliverables meet a high technical standard, including RI/FS reports, Cleanup Action Plans, Engineering Design Reports, and Cleanup Action Reports.
- You'll maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and project partners. Internally, you'll mentor, coach, and develop staff engineers and scientists while supporting business development across the firm.
What Makes You a Strong Fit- You have deep technical expertise and strong business sense. You're as comfortable designing a remedial system as you are negotiating with regulators or pitching a new client.
- You likely bring strong engineering design skills across multiple contaminants and remedial technologies, plus a solid working knowledge of the regulatory landscape. You're also organized and confident leading teams and managing several complex projects without losing momentum.
- You enjoy developing people and take pride in raising the quality of work across a team.
