Position Description: CGI Federal is looking for a Senior Pricing AI Analyst that will combine deep market expertise with the power of AI driven insights to deliver smarter, faster, and more profitable outcomes.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office.
Your future duties and responsibilities: As our Senior Pricing AI Analyst, you'll use advanced analytics and AI powered tools to uncover patterns, forecast demand, and recommend optimal pricing strategies and will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence revenue, profitability, and competitive positioning.
. Use AI powered analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau AI, Power BI Copilot, or similar) to analyze large datasets and identify pricing trends, elasticity, and market opportunities.
. Apply predictive analytics to forecast demand, assess competitive pricing, and recommend adjustments.
. Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
. Monitor market conditions and competitor activity using AI driven market intelligence tools.
. Create clear, compelling dashboards and reports to communicate insights to senior leadership.
. Continuously explore new AI features and tools to enhance pricing accuracy and speed and apply across the strategic pricing organization.
. Lead the Strategic Pricing organization in developing and applying AI driven models and tools to improve speed and accuracy for the organization.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience in pricing analysis.
. Proven ability to use AI powered analytics tools for decision making (no coding required).
. Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
. Understanding of pricing strategies, elasticity, and market segmentation.
. Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
. Experience with or understanding of Federal Government related market intelligence tools (e.g., BGov, GovWin, SAM.
. Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $194,000.00.
