Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited university
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in electrical distribution
• Familiarity with BOUD and Maximo software
• Strong work ethic and desire to thrive in a production environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and support utility design projects while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver precise design packages
• Prepare designs, calculations, drawings, and technical analyses
• Facilitate project coordination regarding scope, cost, schedule, and quality
• Review work products for adherence to client and company standards
• Conduct peer reviews and self-checks for accuracy
• Professional interaction with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to clarify project requirements
• Guide designers and drafters, fostering a collaborative team culture
• Conduct field visits and additional duties as required.
