Qualifications

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or in Application Support within ETRM or CTRM environments.
• Experience with OATI applications, particularly webTrader, is essential.
• Strong SQL skills alongside a solid understanding of database design and report generation.
• Knowledge of Power Products and Derivatives in the North American market is crucial.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to a diverse user base.
• Exceptional leadership skills, demonstrating proactive management in high-pressure situations.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with good interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users and internal teams to deliver key features for the Power Desk, encompassing system setup, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Support in-house applications that integrate with ETRMs while acting as a second-level support for worldwide users.
• Gather requirements from various groups and facilitate workshops that involve both Business and IT stakeholders.
• Model new Power desk activities within OATI applications in cooperation with traders and technical teams.
• Maintain functional specifications and documentation related to technical architecture and user guides.
• Assist in backlog prioritization and report progress on deliverables to the IT Business Manager.
• Train first-level support and provide thorough follow-up actions post-deployment.
