Full Job Description
As a Senior Portfolio Analyst, you9ll play a critical role in driving visibility, governance, and performance across our new product innovation pipeline. Partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, you9ll transform portfolio data into actionable insights, strengthen our Stage-Gate process, and help bring great products to market faster and more effectively.

What You Will Do
  • Lead management and reporting of the new product portfolio, providing insights, metrics, and recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
  • Own portfolio systems and data, including Planview and portfolio databases, ensuring accurate project tracking, reporting, and process compliance.
  • Develop KPI dashboards, executive reports, and ad hoc analyses that measure portfolio performance across brands, channels, and business units.
  • Partner with stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to provide portfolio updates and support business planning activities.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the New Product Development and Stage-Gate processes through training, documentation, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve portfolio management capabilities, reporting effectiveness, and innovation processes through internal and external benchmarking.

What We Look For
  • Bachelor9s degree and 7+ years of experience in portfolio management, project management, business analytics, product development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
  • Experience managing portfolio management, project management, or reporting systems, with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Access, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Stage-Gate, New Product Development, or similar project governance methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering training and executive-level reporting.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $83,000 to $139,000 annually, with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
