What You'll Do: - Design and develop plumbing system layouts, calculations, and construction documents for a variety of commercial, institutional, and public sector projects.
- Create, review, and coordinate Revit and AutoCAD models to ensure compliance with project standards, design intent, and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, attend coordination meetings, and resolve design conflicts through clash detection and coordination efforts.
- Prepare detailed plans, specifications, installation details, and as-built documentation to support construction and project closeout activities.
- Provide technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle, including code analysis, system sizing calculations, field investigations, contractor support, and construction administration services.
What You Bring: - Associate degree required; engineering, engineering technology, or related professional degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of plumbing design experience in the building systems engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of plumbing system design, applicable codes, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency with Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and other industry-standard design software.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders while working independently on complex projects.

The rate for this position generally ranges between $36 to 50 Hourly. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law.
