This strategic leader will build and execute enterprise-wide talent initiatives that enhance employee growth, leadership development, and workforce readiness. Partnering closely with business leaders,this role will shape F527s approach topeoplegrowth,succession planning, leadership pipelines, and workforce capabilities in a way that supports both our current priorities and future transformation.
