Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Partnerships & Alliances Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of Scytale's strategic partnerships and alliances, with a primary focus on working with cloud hyperscalers like AWS.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in these markets while contributing to significant revenue growth as part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

  • Experience: 5+ years in international software partner sales, with at least 4 years working at OR managing cloud software resellers/distributors
  • Partner Manager experience in a SaaS company which includes discovering, onboarding and building pipleines with partners in the US.
  • Proven experience of meeting quotas 1,5 - 2 000 000$ per year.
  • A proven experience of meeting quotas
  • Languages: Native English proficiency is a must, alongside excellent English communication skills.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Autonomy: A proactive individual contributor capable of self-learning and executing complex projects independently.
  • Market Expertise: Experience in data protection, security compliance, IT audits, or cybersecurity is an advantage.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot CRM and a structured, process-oriented approach to managing pipelines.
  • Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel as needed.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Law, Accounting, or Business (advantageous).
  • Information Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSK, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer (advantageous).

  • AWS Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS sales and partner teams, driving brand awareness, pipeline development, and joint activities such as events and campaigns.
  • Value Presentation: Promote Scytale's value proposition and partnership programs to potential partners, channels, and distributors, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in security compliance.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Manage the onboarding process for AWS teams and partners, providing training to ensure efficient sales cycles and alignment with Scytale's offerings.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the partner-led pipeline to maximize revenues and drive business growth in your territories.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and influencer marketing, to align strategies and initiatives for regional growth.

The OTE range for this position is $300,000. As part of our commitment to transparency, we share base pay ranges for all US-based roles, regardless of location. These ranges are determined by role, level, and country, and are benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offers are tailored based on candidate location, skills, depth of experience, and relevant qualifications.
