Full Job Description
Job Title
Senior Partner Programs Marketing Manager

Job Description
Client Advisory Services are changing how CPA firms, outsourced accounting providers, BPOs, and fractional CFO firms support their clients. These firms are building higher-value advisory practices that depend on stronger financial management technology, scalable processes, and better client insights.

Sage Intacct Advisory Practice sits directly in that shift. Sage Intacct is the only software solution endorsed by the AICPA, giving Sage a strong credibility point with the accounting profession and a clear opportunity to help advisory firms build, scale, and grow with Sage Intacct.

The Sage Intacct Advisory Practice supports this ecosystem by helping advisory firms understand, adopt, and grow with Sage Intacct as a platform for modern finance and accounting services. As Senior Partner Programs Manager, Sage Intacct Advisory Practice, you will build and manage the programs that help bring this strategy to life across North America.

This is primarily an internal-facing partner programs role. You will create and manage the program frameworks, onboarding experiences, communications, partner portal resources, MDF-related activity, vendor support, reporting, and operating processes that help Partner Marketing Managers and partner-facing teams activate the Sage Intacct Advisory community at scale.

While the role may support partner-facing activity through program rollout, communications, events, or feedback gathering, the core focus is not owning individual partner relationships. The focus is building the repeatable program engine that helps Sage engage CPA firms, BPOs, fractional CFO firms, and Client Advisory Services practices more consistently and effectively.

This is a hands-on programs role for someone who understands B2B SaaS partner ecosystems, indirect channels, marketing programs, program operations, and how partner engagement connects to pipeline, revenue, and long-term partner growth.

This role is a strong fit for someone who likes building structure around a high-potential partner ecosystem: turning ideas into programs, programs into measurable engagement, and engagement into stronger partner participation, pipeline, and revenue impact.

Location Requirement: Hybrid - 3 days per week from our Atlanta or Austin office.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Program Strategy & Execution
• Develop, manage, and continuously improve Sage Intacct Advisory Practice programs for CPA firms, BPOs, fractional CFO firms, and Client Advisory Services practices.
• Build repeatable programs that help advisory partners understand, adopt, use, and recommend Sage Intacct as part of their practice growth strategy.
• Oversee partner entry, onboarding, participation, communications, and program engagement to create a clear and consistent partner experience.
• Support the creation, launch, and measurement of industry-led partner programs and campaigns across partner portal, email, webinar, event, and communication channels.

Partner Marketing & MDF Program Support
• Manage and optimize partner marketing programs, including MDF-related activity, program requirements, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Partner with Partner Marketing Managers, campaign teams, content teams, and partner-facing stakeholders to support with- and through-partner execution for advisory-focused programs.
• Create scalable program materials, campaign toolkits, communications, and enablement resources that Partner Marketing Managers and partner-facing teams can use with the advisory partner community.
• Ensure programs are aligned to partner engagement, pipeline development, revenue objectives, and Sage Intacct Advisory business priorities.

Program Operations & Vendor Management
• Manage program operations, including budgets, contracts, timelines, vendors, agencies, communications, reporting, and program reconciliation.
• Identify, negotiate with, and manage external vendors supporting Sage Intacct Advisory Practice programs.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and partner-facing teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to Sage standards.
• Establish scalable processes, governance, and best practices that improve operational efficiency while maintaining a high-quality partner experience.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Track program performance, partner participation, campaign effectiveness, MDF activity, and partner engagement.
• Gather feedback from internal teams, partner-facing stakeholders, vendors, and program participants to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on program performance, risks, learnings, and recommendations.
• Use data and feedback to refine programs, improve the partner experience, and increase program impact over time.

Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partner programs, channel marketing, partner marketing, marketing programs, or indirect channel programs.
• Background supporting software partners, value-added resellers, CPA firms, accounting firms, advisory firms, BPOs, fractional CFO firms, or similar partner ecosystems.
• Strong program management skills, including budget management, vendor management, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and program reporting.
• Understanding of with- and through-partner marketing, MDF, partner communications, campaign execution, lead flow, and partner engagement.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect program strategy to pipeline development, partner participation, revenue objectives, and partner growth.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Partner Marketing, Partner Sales, content, campaigns, operations, vendors, agencies, and external partner stakeholders.
• Clear communicator who can turn ambiguous business objectives into structured programs, repeatable processes, and measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial management software, ERP, CPA firms, or Client Advisory Services is strongly preferred.

• Build the program engine behind Sage Intacct Advisory Practice, helping CPA firms, BPOs, fractional CFO firms, and Client Advisory Services practices grow with Sage Intacct.
• Work at the intersection of B2B SaaS, accounting technology, partner ecosystems, and practice growth.
• Move beyond one-off partner campaigns by creating scalable programs, toolkits, processes, and partner experiences that can be used across North America.
• Partner closely with Partner Marketing, Partner Sales, campaigns, content, vendors, and advisory practice leaders in a role with visibility across the Sage Intacct partner ecosystem.
• Help strengthen how Sage supports advisory partners, measures partner engagement, and connects partner programs to pipeline, revenue, and long-term partner growth.

Benefits? We have plenty.
• Competitive annual bonuses (20%)
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
• 401(k) retirement match (100% matching up to 4%)
• 32 days paid time off (22 personal days & 10 national holidays)
• 18 weeks of paid parental leave (offered 1 year after the start date)
• Work Away Program: Opportunity to work & play for 10 weeks from another country (Sage-approved list)
• Sage Foundation: 5 days paid yearly to volunteer
• $5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after the hire date
• Sage Wellness Rewards Program ($600 wellness credit and $360 fitness reimbursement annually)
