Job Description
The Senior Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving enablement programs that accelerate partner success, drive business growth, and enhance partner productivity. This role executes regional enablement strategies that equip partners with the skills, knowledge, tools, and coaching needed to effectively position, sell, and deliver Sage solutions.
As a key contributor to the Partner Enablement strategy, you will work across the organization to develop and execute scalable enablement programs that build partner capabilities, drive adoption of best practices, and create measurable business outcomes. In collaboration with Partner Leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, Learning Services, and subject matter experts, you will help ensure partners have the resources and support needed to achieve sustained success.
This is a hybrid opportunity, three days per week onsite in on our the Sage offices.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Partner Leadership and Enablement teams to increase partner effectiveness through continuous learning, skills development, and enablement programs.
• Deliver coaching engagements and targeted enablement initiatives that help partners improve productivity, capability, and business results.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver role-based skills, process, and product enablement programs.
• Lead and manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment to business priorities, partner needs, and desired outcomes.
• Deliver programs that strengthen partners' ability to differentiate Sage solutions, drive customer value, and succeed throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales leaders, and product teams to create engaging enablement content, learning experiences, and performance support resources.
• Facilitate enablement sessions and coaching engagements for Partner Leaders and partner-facing teams, focusing on best practices, tools, systems, and business insights.
• Use data and insights to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development plans to improve partner effectiveness.
• Measure and report on the impact of enablement programs, demonstrating progress against key performance indicators, business objectives, and partner success outcomes.
• Champion innovative approaches to enablement, leveraging both digital and instructor-led experiences to maximize engagement, adoption, and business impact.
Qualifications & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Partner Enablement, Sales Enablement, Channel Management, or related functions, preferably within a SaaS or technology organization.
• Experience in the HCM or payroll industry preferred.
• Previous Partner Sales, Channel Sales, or Partner Management experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute enablement programs that drive measurable business performance improvements.
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success working independently and leading complex initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences and drive behavior change.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, experimentation, and modern enablement practices.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence partners and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect enablement initiatives to partner performance and business outcomes.
• Ability to travel approximately eight times per year, including international travel.
