Full Job Description
About the Role

This position sits within Ramp's Channel team and reports to Partner Consulting. In this role, you'll build and scale Ramp's long-term System Integrator (SI)-led implementation program. You'll enable a broad ecosystem of implementation partners to support a meaningful volume of Ramp-referred customers, deliver high-quality implementations, and extend the capacity of Ramp's Customer Success organization.

Ramp's current SI pilot is the starting point - not the end state. You'll translate the pilot's learnings into the operating model, technical readiness, commercial foundations, and quality controls required to scale responsibly from an initial cohort to a broad network of partners across products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies.

You'll be Ramp's technical and programmatic owner for SI delivery: enabling partners to implement Ramp successfully, defining clear scope and certification standards, measuring implementation quality and customer outcomes, and turning field learnings into improvements across product, enablement, and partner strategy.

This is a senior IC role, not a people-management role. You'll need equal credibility in technical implementation conversations and commercial partner-program design, working closely with Channel Partner Managers, Solutions, Customer Success, Product, Product Operations, Accounting Integrations, Legal, Security, and Finance.

What You'll Do
  • Build and scale the SI operating model, including partner segmentation, certification tiers, service packages, implementation methodology, scope boundaries, escalation paths, quality standards, and performance management.
  • Own partner readiness and technical enablement across Ramp configuration, ERP integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and customer change management - defining what partners can deliver independently, when Ramp co-delivery is required, and what remains out of scope.
  • Serve as the first-line technical strategist for SI partners: resolve standard implementation and integration questions, orchestrate specialist support for true exceptions, and convert recurring issues into scalable playbooks, training, or product feedback.
  • Establish the delivery-quality and performance system for the program, including implementation reviews, certification gates, QBRs, customer feedback loops, remediation plans, and reporting on time-to-live, activation, CSAT, rework, capacity, cost-to-serve, and partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Design the commercial and capacity model in partnership with Channel and Finance, including fixed fees, milestone-based payouts, accelerators, partner capacity commitments, joint business planning, and the program economics required to scale sustainably.
  • Lead responsible program expansion across new products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies; set readiness gates for complex offerings such as Procurement, and influence Product, Product Operations, Product Marketing, and Accounting Integrations using structured field feedback.

What You Need
  • Significant senior-level experience scaling an implementation, services, or partner-delivery motion from pilot through repeatable multi-partner execution.
  • Experience in a partner-ecosystem-dependent technology business, such as ERP, accounting, finance operations, procurement, or enterprise SaaS or at a systems integrator/consulting firm that implements those platforms.
  • Demonstrated ownership of implementation quality and customer outcomes, including scope control, partner certification, delivery QA, and escalation governance.
  • Technical fluency to lead credible conversations about integrations, configuration, data migration, ERP workflows, and implementation design; engineering depth is not required, but sound judgment on when to engage specialists is.
  • Commercial judgment to design partner packages, incentives, capacity commitments, payout structures, and guardrails that protect customer outcomes and program economics.
  • Ability to build 0-to-1 operating mechanisms and trusted senior relationships across a diverse partner ecosystem - from specialized regional SIs to global strategic consultancies - including the confidence to challenge partners and internal stakeholders when delivery readiness is insufficient.

Nice to Have
  • Experience building or scaling a white-label, staff-augmentation, or outcome-based services model.
  • Experience with Card, Bill Pay, Procurement, AP automation, ERP integrations, multi-entity environments, or global finance operations.
  • Experience expanding an SI/channel program across North America and international markets.
  • Prior 0-to-1 partner-program or services-program experience.

What Success Looks Like
  • Establish the SI operating model, including partner readiness, certification, service packages, quality standards, escalation paths, and reporting.
  • Enable existing partners to deliver the supported scope with greater independence, predictable quality, and a commercial model tied to verified milestones and customer outcomes.
  • Publish a data-backed expansion plan across products, ERP ecosystems, and regions, with clear readiness gates for complex offerings such as Procurement.
