Full Job Description
The Role

Wpromote seeks a Paid Social Senior Manager to provide strategic ownership of full-funnel paid social advertising campaigns across a portfolio of clients. This role combines advanced paid social strategy, measurement modernization, cross-functional pod leadership, and platform/partner stewardship to make Paid Social a measurable, full-funnel growth engine We're looking for someone who's dedicated to cultivating curiosity, operates with a learning mindset, and is passionate about driving results while having fun along the way. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $85,000 - $97,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state's salary threshold for exempt employees.

You Will Be

  • Owning end-to-end, full-funnel paid social strategy across a book of business, including media execution, operational excellence, and adherence to best practices; informing the evolution of future standards through experimentation and proven learnings.
  • Translating measurement and creative insights into compelling go-to-market narratives and client growth plans; leading client-facing communications (calls, emails, etc.) with an emphasis on storytelling over data regurgitation and adapting to different audiences.
  • Contributing to agency thought leadership by identifying opportunities to showcase client work through platform partnerships, including case studies, joint thought leadership, award submissions, and co-marketing activations to support PR and new business efforts.
  • Designing and operationalizing measurement frameworks that tie paid social to business outcomes, including platform-native conversion and brand lift tests, geo-holdout experiments, MMM and MTA tools, enhanced attribution, first-party signal capture, server-side solutions, and third-party measurement platforms (e.g., Measured, Haus, WorkMagic).
  • Leading complex experimentation roadmaps that expand measurement signals and improve funnel efficiency; scaling high-confidence tactics across accounts.
  • Adopting and championing hybrid and AI-assisted workflows for campaign build, audience generation, creative testing, and reporting; driving innovation through experimentation.
  • Exercising extreme ownership of client business outcomes by delivering against shared digital KPIs and demonstrating the value of Paid Social within a holistic digital strategy through QBRs, in partnership with Creative, Data Strategy, Paid Search, and Programmatic teams.
  • Building and maintaining platform partner relationships, including RFPing partners, co-developing learning agendas and testing roadmaps with Marketing Science teams, running quarterly partner business reviews, and activating alphas, betas, and early-access opportunities.
  • Coaching and mentoring Managers while contributing to training rotations and team development.


You Must Have

  • 5+ years of paid media experience (paid social, paid search, and/or media buying) in an agency or client environment, with progressively increasing account ownership.
  • Hands-on experience building, optimizing, analyzing, reporting, and applying experimental design across major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Nextdoor, Google).
  • Strong technical fluency with measurement methodologies, including incrementality, MMM, server-to-server integrations, and CAPI/SDK, with experience putting these into production or partnering closely with analytics and data engineering teams.
  • Proven client and stakeholder management experience, including leading QBRs, developing executive-ready narratives, and aligning cross-functional partners.
  • Experience working with clean-room integrations or enterprise measurement programs.
  • Prior responsibility for platform partner engagement at the client level, including advocating for alpha and beta access, technical integration support, and collaboration with Marketing Science and Creative Shop teams.

  • Demonstrated track record of designing or operationalizing AI-assisted workflows, automation, or tooling that materially improved efficiency or quality.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including SQL or comparable analytics proficiency and comfort working with BI tools and dashboards.
