Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain an integrated OCM strategy, roadmap, and change plan aligned with AI transformation priorities, program milestones, dependencies, and business outcomes.
Assess organizational readiness and change impacts across roles, teams, processes, technology, and ways of working, and turn the findings into targeted actions.
Advise sponsors and leaders on workforce implications, resistance management, responsible AI use, psychological safety, and the leadership behaviours needed to support adoption.
Create clear communications, engagement strategies, and change narratives that explain transformation objectives, impacts, and expected behaviours.
Design and implement adoption approaches for AI-enabled tools and new ways of working, including role-based learning, manager enablement, champion networks, pilot activities, and reinforcement strategies.
Collaborate with key departments, teams, and stakeholders to support change activities and make responsible AI requirements understandable and actionable for employees and leaders.

Demonstrated experience leading the OCM workstream for at least one enterprise AI or Generative AI transformation initiative through multiple lifecycle phases, including strategy, discovery, pilot, deployment, scaling, and sustained adoption.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing OCM strategies, roadmaps, readiness assessments, change impact assessments, and adoption plans for large-scale transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated experience advising executive sponsors, senior leaders, and multidisciplinary teams on organizational change, stakeholder engagement, workforce impacts, resistance management, communications, and adoption activities.
