Position Description: We are looking for a Senior Organizational Change Management Lead to support Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention implementation. This is a hands-on delivery role, not just an advisory/change strategy position. CGI is expected to serve as the primary OCM driver, with the company providing input and assistance.
This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the U.S.
Your future duties and responsibilities: Key responsibilities will include:
. Lead the overall OCM workstream for the DLP implementation
. Conduct and document change readiness, stakeholder, and change impact assessments
. Develop the OCM plan and RACI
. Identify impacts to end users, roles, processes, systems, and skill sets
. Develop enterprise communications explaining the DLP changes and expected employee behaviors
. Develop and execute the training strategy and training plan
. Create TxDOT specific training materials, including user guides, quick reference guides, videos, exercises, and related materials
. Conduct or support training and train the trainer sessions
. Track training participation, feedback, adoption, and other change metrics
. Coordinate closely with OCM, Data Privacy, Information Security, business stakeholders, and the CGI technical team
. Support knowledge transfer and transition to operations
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Minimum 5 years of OCM experience within the past 7 years
. Experience leading enterprise wide change initiatives
. Strong written and verbal communication skills
. Able to personally develop change communications, training materials, QRGs, FAQs, presentations, etc.
. Experience working across business, technical, security, and executive stakeholder groups
. Familiarity with project management approaches and the full project lifecycle
. Able to identify resistance and develop mitigation/adoption strategies
Other Information:
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $143,500.00 - $223,200.00.
