Responsibilities:Plan and manage production schedules. Supervise and develop large teams. Ensure safety and compliance. Monitor KPIs and improve productivity. Coordinate across functions. Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to team members. Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.
Develop strategies for optimization. Lead Lean/Six Sigma projects. Oversee large-scale budgets. Report to senior leadership. Drive innovation and automation. Develop talent through coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing.
8+ years of experience and at least 4 years of leadership in complex production.
Strong in Lean, ERP/MES, safety standards.
Excellent analytical and people skills.
