The Senior Change Management Lead serves as the primary strategic advisor to Corporate Affairs and MGS leadership. This person establishes and leads the overall people change strategy, governance model, leadership engagement approach, readiness framework, and program-level change operating model across the MGS transformation. The role acts as an embedded extension of the Corporate Affairs team and partners closely with executive leadership, P&O, KPMG, regional resources, and transformation leaders.
In this role, you will: - Lead assessment of the MGS change portfolio, including cumulative impacts, organizational capacity, and change risks
- Facilitate prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoff discussions with senior leadership
- Develop and maintain the MGS People Change Strategy, guiding principles, and integrated change roadmap
- Establish governance structures, decision rights, escalation paths, and operating rhythms
- Coach and enable executives and people leaders to lead through significant organizational change
- Define program-level readiness, adoption, and success measures
- Monitor change risks and organizational readiness, and recommend interventions
- Lead knowledge transfer and long-term change capability development within MGS
Who You Are: - 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
- Significant experience leading large-scale business transformations, operating model changes, or organizational restructurings
- Demonstrated success working directly with executives and senior leadership teams
- Strong facilitation, executive coaching, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
- Experience working in complex, global organizations
