In this role, you will: - Assess the full change portfolio, including cumulative impact, organizational capacity, and risk
- Lead prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoff conversations with senior leadership
- Build and maintain the people change strategy, guiding principles, and integrated change roadmap
- Set up governance, decision rights, escalation paths, and operating rhythms
- Coach executives and people leaders to lead their teams through significant change
- Define how readiness, adoption, and success will be measured at the program level
- Monitor change risks and readiness, and recommend interventions when needed
- Lead knowledge transfer and build lasting change capability inside the organization
Who You Are: - 10+ years of organizational change management experience
- Significant experience leading large business transformations, operating model changes, or restructurings
- A track record of working directly with executives and senior leadership teams
- Strong facilitation, executive coaching, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
