Full Job Description
As a CBRE Communications Sr. Manager, you will develop and deliver high-profile internal and external communication programs and initiatives. This job is part of the Communications job function. They are responsible for developing internal and external communications that are related to organizational values, strategy, performance, and others.
Someone in this role will be responsible for the following:
Cross-Departmental Synergy: Partner closely with relevant teams such as HR, operational teams to ensure consistent alignment and strategic messaging across all touchpoints.
Internal Communications Alignment: Design internal storytelling campaigns that connect employee contributions to company strategy, boosting engagement, morale, and retention.
Multi-Format Content Creation: Draft, edit, and oversee newsletters, agenda, business reviews, case studies, videos, and Q&A documents. Create standardized templates with proper branding.
Measurement & Analytics: Monitor communication performance metrics and leverage insights to continuously optimize messaging strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement communication plans, including content and media strategies for internal and/or external communications in line with current best practices and aligned to CBRE's brand.
Author, edit and proofread communications as needed.
Proactively assist company leaders to develop effective, consistent communications, both at a strategic and tactical level.
Track metrics to determine effectiveness of messaging and communication channels.
Publish relevant content to the employee intranet and cbre.com
Manage applications/nominations for relevant awards and rankings.
Build and maintain a complex, multi-discipline schedule to ensure key events are well organized around each other to avoid conflict and ensure a consistent messaging / engagement program throughout the year.
Strong collaboration with all segments of the organization to effectively coordinate communication programs and accommodate a diversity of personalities and styles.

What You'll Need
3 Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
3 Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
3 Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
3 Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
3 In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack/Zoom, and AI products. Examples include Claude, Google Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Working knowledge of SharePoint.
3 Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $125,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $150,00.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
