You'll troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on-site, build lasting customer relationships, and take ownership of your day-all with the support of a fully equipped mobile service truck and a team that's behind you every step of the way.

Compensation
$38-$45 per hour

What You'll Do
You'll be the go-to expert when fleets need service at their location.
Diagnose and repair diesel systems on-site-from routine maintenance to complex issues
Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance
Keep fleets compliant, reliable, and on the road
Represent Wiers with professionalism and consistency
What You Bring
5+ years of diesel technician experience
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred, not required)
Ability to handle heavy components and work in field conditions
Professional communication and customer-focused mindset
You represent yourself and the company professionally
You stay current and keep learning
