Bchelor's egree in fshion merchnising, bsiness, mrketing, or relte fiel preferre. 6-8+ yers of experience in fshion merchnising, bying, or relte retil role, with incresing ownership of ctegories n ssortments. Prior experience mnging, coching, or formlly eveloping t lest one tem member. Proven bility to evelop ssortment strtegies n rive sles, mrgin, n inventory proctivity. Excellent nlyticl n reporting skills, with the bility to trn t into cler recommentions n ctions. Strong proct instincts n tste level, with n nerstning of fshion trens, cstomer behvior, n brn-biling. Well verse in fbrics, fit, n constrction, with pssion for proct n brn storytelling.
