The Senior Media Planner & Buyer will be responsible for developing and executing media plans that align with client goals and objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital media channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum performance. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully planning and buying media across multiple digital platforms, with a focus on delivering measurable results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Media Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives, targeting the right audiences across digital channels including programmatic, social, search, display, and video.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and leverage data to inform media strategies and ensure campaigns reach the intended targets effectively.
  • Collaborate with creative, account, and analytics teams to ensure media plans are integrated and aligned with broader campaign goals.
  • Media Buying & Negotiation:
  • Execute media buys across various digital platforms, ensuring optimal placement and performance.
  • Negotiate rates, placements, and partnerships with media vendors to secure the best value for clients.
  • Manage relationships with media vendors, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and adherence to campaign requirements.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization:
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time, adjusting tactics as needed to improve performance and achieve client KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular performance reports to clients and internal teams, highlighting key metrics and recommending adjustments as needed.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across channels to maximize ROI.
