Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC emphasis from an accredited institution
• 10 to 15 years of mechanical engineering experience
• Registration as a Licensed Mechanical Professional Engineer preferred
• Proficient in Revit 3D modeling software
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage time, workload, and engineering details

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems for building projects including plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on diverse mechanical projects
• Produce detailed construction drawings using Revit
• Conduct site visits for data collection and construction observations
• Work effectively within a team environment
• Engage in professional collaboration with colleagues
