## Why This Firm
**Culture that's actually lived, not just posted on a wall**
This is a close-knit, collaborative team where senior staff make a point of being accessible - no closed-door hierarchy, no "figure it out yourself" culture. Expect open floor plans (literal and figurative), regular knowledge-sharing sessions, and a genuine investment in work-life balance. Flexible schedules and hybrid work are supported, not just tolerated.
**A real succession plan**
Many firms talk about growth; this one has built the actual pathway. There's a structured track from Senior Engineer Associate Principal, with ownership/equity opportunities for those who want to build a long-term future here. Leadership is actively planning for the next generation of firm owners - and that could be you. If your goal is to eventually run projects, run teams, or run the business itself, this is a place built to get you there.
**Mentorship both ways**
You'll be mentored by senior principals with decades of HVAC design experience, while also mentoring the engineers coming up behind you. Professional development isn't an afterthought - continuing education, PE exam support for staff working toward licensure, and conference attendance are part of how the firm invests in its people.
**Meaningful, varied work**
Projects span multiple sectors, so you won't be stuck doing the same building type for years - you'll build a broad, resume-defining portfolio while working with a team that genuinely enjoys solving hard problems together.
