Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant automotive engineering or project management experience.
• Proven experience in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 for CAD design.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior engineers in steering design projects.
• Achieve performance and quality targets through critical engineering application.
• Coordinate design activities across departments and suppliers.
• Create and manage project schedules with milestones.
• Conduct meetings and track project progress against open items.
• Review design costs and propose solutions as necessary.
• Share insights on innovative practices and technical trends with teams.
