• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks by channel and location, report results to leadership, and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Use data to inform creative decisions, testing messaging, offers, and creative to learn what resonates in each market.

Marketing Channels & Partnerships
• Own the multi-channel marketing strategy for each market, including PPC, LSA, paid and organic social, direct mail, and brand-building initiatives, partnering with Allstar's centralized performance marketing team, which manages digital campaign execution.
• Manage and optimize aggregator partnerships (e.g., Angi, Modernize, HomeAdvisor), driving measurable ROI through strategic campaign planning and execution.
• Develop email and SMS marketing programs that support lead nurture, appointment setting, customer follow-up, and referral generation.
• Develop and scale programs for non-paid leads such as review generation, referral programs, organic search, and self-generated leads.

Social Media & Reputation Management

Process Development & Optimization
• Create scalable marketing playbooks and frameworks to replicate success across existing markets and new market launches.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, optimize marketing plans, enhance performance, and achieve efficiency gains.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
