Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Join the team at Parrot Key Hotel & Villas, a tropical waterfront retreat in the heart of Key West, where laid-back island charm meets an elevated resort experience. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the property's marketing strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen its position as a premier Key West destination. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative marketing leader to make a measurable impact on the resort's commercial success. This role will also play a pivotal part in the resort's next chapter, leading the launch and activation of its refreshed brand identity across all marketing channels and guest touchpoints.

Serving as a key member of the property's commercial team, this role translates business objectives, market insights, and performance data into actionable marketing strategies that generate measurable results. The Senior Marketing Manager partners closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Operations, Food & Beverage, and corporate marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing investments, and drive demand across key customer segments and revenue streams.

This position requires a proactive, analytical, and commercially minded leader who takes ownership of marketing performance, challenges conventional thinking, and continuously identifies opportunities to improve results. Success is measured not simply by the execution of marketing initiatives, but by their ability to contribute to the hotel's revenue, profitability, market positioning, and long-term business objectives.
