Senior Marketing Manager - Go to Market to turn market opportunities, customer insights and business priorities into focused strategies that drive growth.
Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, you'll lead go-to-market strategies across regions, customer segments and our solution portfolio. Working closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D, Market Insights and regional leaders, you'll connect positioning, launches, sales enablement and market activation to measurable commercial outcomes.
What You'll Do- Develop go-to-market strategies for priority markets, customer segments, solutions and growth initiatives.
- Translate market insights, customer needs and business priorities into focused marketing plans and actionable roadmaps.
- Define target audiences, value propositions, positioning, messaging and channel strategies.
- Partner with Regional Directors and Sales leaders to support market development and demand generation.
- Lead the commercialization and launch of new solutions and major initiatives.
- Work with R&D and Product Management to translate product direction into compelling customer and market propositions.
- Guide the development of sales enablement tools, launch materials and buyer-focused content.
- Track market response and commercial results, adjusting strategies based on performance.
What You Bring- 10+ years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, category marketing, market development or strategic B2B marketing.
- Experience in a complex B2B environment such as manufacturing, engineered products, construction, infrastructure, recreation, architecture or design.
- Strong strategic and commercial judgment with the ability to turn complex information into clear priorities and action.
- Experience using market research, customer insights, CRM data and performance indicators to guide decisions.
- Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field; an advanced degree is an asset.
- Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in French is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel within North America and internationally as required.
