Join Givaudan as a Senior Marketing Manager, where you'll help accelerate growth by developing new business opportunities across North America. In this strategic and entrepreneurial role, you'll partner with sales, consumer insights, and development teams to transform market intelligence into compelling customer solutions and scalable commercial marketing programs. Your Title: Senior Marketing Manager Your Location: New York, NY You Will Report To: Head of Marketing, FF NOAM Responsibilities • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities, brands, and customers across North America. • Partner with Sales to develop strategic account growth plans that build new business acquisitions. • Create commercial marketing programs that support customer engagement and long-term growth. • Develop scalable marketing platforms and programs that can be used across multiple customer segments. • Translate Givaudan's capabilities into compelling customer presentations, value propositions, and strategic pitch materials. • Transform consumer insights, market intelligence, and industry trends into relevant business opportunities. • Support customer meetings, innovation sessions, fragrance presentations, and business development activities. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Consumer Insights, Fragrance Development, and Innovation teams. • Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure successful execution of strategic growth initiatives. • Contribute to new ways of working by bringing creativity, agility, and continuous improvement to commercial marketing efforts. Your Professional Profile Includes • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in the fragrance, beauty, consumer packaged goods, or a related industry. • Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities with emerging brands or high-growth customers. • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and customer-facing experience. • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Canva, or similar presentation design tools. • Experience analyzing consumer insights and market trends to inform marketing strategies and commercial opportunities. • Experience managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. • Knowledge of fragrance development, consumer insights, innovation, or related commercial marketing processes preferred. • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. • Experience developing or improving processes that support business growth and operational efficiency. • Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and business development initiatives. Compensation and Benefits The established salary range for this position is $130,000k-$160,000K. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications.
