Qualifications

• BA in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8 years' experience in marketing within interior design, construction, engineering, architecture, or related industries.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Intermediate skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Access, HTML, and social media applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication, proofreading, and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing plans with the Director of Global Marketing and local managing principals.
• Conduct market and prospect research to inform strategic initiatives.
• Lead the proposal process by strategizing, organizing, writing, and producing proposals with team collaboration.
• Create and maintain both online and printed marketing materials.
• Coordinate vendor work such as photographers and reprographics for various projects.
• Monitor industry developments through publications and online resources to identify trends and promotional opportunities.
• Oversee marketing efforts including advertising, direct mail, e-newsletters, and event participation.
