About the RoleWe are seeking a Sr. Campaigns Manager to join our Marketing Campaigns team to design, execute, and measure integrated campaigns that generate and accelerate pipeline. In this role, you will take ownership of campaigns from initial brief to final pipeline report-spanning audience targeting, messaging, offer strategy, channel mix, SDR follow-up, and performance measurement. You will also coordinate prospect-specific engagements across all channels.
You will work closely with sales, SDRs, field marketing, ABM, digital marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations. This is a senior individual contributor role with hands-on campaign execution responsibilities and no immediate direct reports.
What You'll DoCampaign Strategy and Planning- Help develop and run the quarterly campaign plan for your segments, aligned to pipeline targets, ICP priorities, product launches, and company themes.
- Write the campaign brief for each program you own: audience, buying group, message, offer, channels, budget, and pipeline hypothesis.
- Build always-on and burst campaigns across email and nurture, paid media, webinars, content, field, and SDR outreach, so each channel reinforces the others.
- Partner with product marketing and content on messaging and proof points that fit each persona and stage.
- Coordinate with regional campaign leader's efforts in order to ensure global strategy alignment while allowing for regional specific messaging.
Execution and Orchestration- Stay aligned with the cross-functional working team for each campaign across digital, field, webinars, marketing operations, and creative. Own the timeline and the launch quality for campaigns you own.
- Help drive the build of nurture and lifecycle programs with marketing operations.
- Coordinate with the ABM and field marketing teams so campaigns, account plays, and events hit the same accounts with one message.
- Manage budgets for campaigns you own and make the trade-off calls on channel mix.
Measurement and Optimization- Work with the Marketing Analytics team to define campaign KPIs: engagement, meetings attended, pipeline sourced and influenced, CPO, CPL, and stage velocity.
- Work with marketing operations so all activity is attributed correctly in Salesforce, with consistent UTM structure and campaign membership.
- Test messaging, offers, channel mix, and sequencing, and apply what the data shows.
What You'll Bring- 6+ years of B2B demand generation or campaign experience at a high-growth SaaS or technology company, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Proven track record designing and running integrated, multi-channel campaigns that generate measurable pipeline, with the data to back it up.
- Strong command of Salesforce for campaign attribution and pipeline tracking, and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working directly with sales and SDR teams on campaign follow-up and pipeline reviews.
- Strong project management instincts. You can run multiple campaigns at once without losing detail or momentum.
- Financial fluency: comfortable with CPO, ROI, and budget trade-offs.
- Comfort translating complex, technical subject matter into messaging that resonates with security buyers, including CISOs, security architects, and IT and SecOps practitioners.
What Sets You Apart?- Familiarity with the wider GTM stack, such as Chili Piper, Zuddl, RevSure, Nooks, Peerbound, Gainsight, Clay, Influ2, or Reachdesk.
