Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of various manufacturing technologies and materials.
• Proven project management skills in manufacturing settings.
• Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies; certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP systems, and CAD/CAM software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, with knowledge of GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects across product lines to optimize efficiency.
• Specify, source, and implement new tooling and equipment, managing associated budgets.
• Support costing and quoting for new business while evaluating risks.
• Guide and train engineers to achieve project goals related to cost, quality, and safety.
• Engage with customers to resolve quality issues and provide feedback on new requirements.
• Research emerging technologies in Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing to drive innovation.
