Role Expectations:
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of engagements across finance transformation, operational improvement, transaction readiness, and value creation
  • Serve as primary day-to-day client contact for CFOs, executive leadership teams, private equity sponsors, and lender stakeholders
  • Translate complex business challenges into structured analyses, actionable workplans, and executive-level recommendations
  • Develop board-ready presentations, financial models, transformation roadmaps, and performance reporting models
  • Identify operational and financial improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis and strategic problem solving
  • Implement process improvements across finance, accounting, and operations to drive efficiency and business performance
  • Manage multiple workstreams while mentoring junior team members and ensuring high quality execution
  • Embrace the use of emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve workflows, enhance analysis, and support innovative client solutions
  • Support practice development, including recruiting, training, business development, and thought leadership initiatives

Who We Are Looking For

Experience
  • 6-12 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, financial or operational due diligence, finance transformation, corporate finance, operational improvement, or related advisory roles
  • Experience working in both consulting and industry environments is a plus
  • Exposure to PE-backed companies, private credit, or sponsor-driven environments strongly preferred
  • Experience in distressed or restructuring contexts is a plus

Skills & Capabilities
  • Expert-level financial modeling and analysis capabilities in Excel, including 3-statement models, cash flow models, and scenario analyses
  • Deep knowledge of finance and operational processes, including budgeting and forecasting, accounting close, treasury, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay
  • Ability to digest large volumes of financial and operational data and translate findings into executive-level actionable insights
  • Strong command of ERP, EPM, and BI platforms and their role in finance transformation
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver under pressure in fast-moving environments
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who anticipates next steps and proactively solves problems

Education & Credentials
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent credential a plus

Other
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed based on project requirements
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Salary Range: $125,000 to $215,000 per year.
