Responsibilities

  • Ensures that the organization is ready to adopt and implement new business initiatives, technologies, or processes as a part of Work Management eorts.
  • Facilitates collaboration and coordination among team members, departments, and external stakeholders involved in the work process; schedules and conducts meetings, communicates project updates, and ensures that everyone is informed about their responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Monitors and evaluates progress against targets, identifies areas for improvement and makes necessary adjustments; ensures organizational alignment of initiatives and fosters environments to assist in the cooperation and collaboration of teams and departments.
  • Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess work performance and productivity; collects and analyzes data on work progress, resource utilization, and project outcomes.
  • Prepares reports, dashboards, or presentations to provide insights and updates on work performance to stakeholders and management.
  • Evaluates work processes and workows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization; streamlines processes, eliminates bottlenecks, and implements best practices to enhance eciency and productivity; may leverage automation tools or workow management systems to streamline and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Anticipates and manages changes that impact work activities; assesses the impact of changes, communicates updates to stakeholders, and revises work plans or priorities accordingly; works closely with change management teams to ensure that work processes and resources are aligned with organizational changes or strategic initiatives.
  • Drives a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, gathering lessons learned, and implementing process enhancements.
  • Encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members; identifies opportunities for skill development or training and facilitates continuous learning to enhance work performance and productivity.
  • Manages and mentors implementation teams; provides strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fosters a culture of learning and development; monitors and evaluates the performance of projects and team members, provides feedback and support for continuous improvement.
  • A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, nancial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, condential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience supervising a team of direct reports and/or project management.
  • Experience in utilizing business operations software and systems (for example: ERP systems, CRM systems).


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in forestry, natural resources, engineering, information systems, business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technology strategy and roadmap development, including selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise field and asset management platforms such as Arbora, Salesforce, Field Maps, Fulcrum, or GIS and remote sensing applications.


Additional Information
  • This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
  • Relocation does not apply to this position.
