CPA designation - Canada or US with 5+ years post designation experience
Experience with Canadian personal tax returns and related forms like T2062 and NR4 is a plus

Crowe MacKay LLP is excited to grow our team and is currently recruiting a Senior Manager - US Tax to join our Langley office.

The Role
Manage and review US personal tax engagements independently and effectively (including Form 8621, Form 3520, Form 8833, Form 2555, and additional US Tax Return forms as appliable)
Deliver complete product to the Senior Manager or Partner on a timely basis.
Respond to client questions and queries.
Delegate tasks to all levels of staff.
Providing guidance and training for staff members to enhance their career development within the firm.
Responsible for managing client relationships, winning new work and managing quality of work completed.
Responsible for managing client portfolios.
Mentor and coach senior and staff accountants.
Undertaking tax research with guidance from senior specialists.
Identify and document tax filing positions, including risk analysis.
Prepare internal and external client correspondence.
What You Will Bring
CPA designation - Canada or US - with 5+ years of relevant experience post designation
Experience with Canadian personal tax returns and additional Forms such as T2062, NR4, section 216 returns an asset
Excellent project management, time management, and leadership skills
