Full Job Description
This is a leading global role within the Corporate Finance Technology team, responsible for the product management of JLL's Order to Cash (O2C) processes. The position holds ownership for all key aspects of the O2C cycle, including Contracts, Projects, Billing, Accounts Receivable and integrations with 3rd party applications.

You will manage these functions within JLL's single instance of PeopleSoft 9.2, which supports core finance operations across more than 42 countries+. The role involves managing a team of Product Specialists and Production Support staff and reports to the Executive Technology Product Manager, with significant exposure to senior finance and technology management.

This pivotal role ensures operational efficiency, accurate financial transactions, and seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management
  • Directs a comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end of life. Ensuring effective delivery of requirements on a timely basis.
  • Directs those involved in the design, modification and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products provide insights, guidance to drive optimal solutions with clearly defined benefits.
  • Promotes use of new technologies and industry-leading trends. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  • Manage a focused team of Product Managers and Production Support staff to achieve strategic goals. Ensure the team is focused on supporting the current state whilst delivering on requirements and initiatives.
  • Embrace the JLL "Accelerate 2030" strategy with particular focus on "Unlock Platform Excellence" & "Outpace through data and AI"
  • Deliver the approved 3-year ERP strategy and roadmap by collaborating with global and regional finance partners to design and implement technical solutions
  • Provide product expertise, develop strong working relationship with finance and business partners.
  • Manage ERP O2C robustness ensuring timely resolution of priority issues.
  • Responsible for establishing a comprehensive performance management framework that provides actionable insights into process efficiency, issue resolution, and business value, enabling proactive decision-making for stakeholders.
  • Create awareness of industry trends and ensure JLL adopts best-in-class working practices and technical solutions
  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and audit requirements for billing and revenue workflows
  • Establish recognition as a strategic technology leader within JLL's senior leadership community.
  • Drive strategy and delivery of future ERP strategy for JLL.


Business Analysis & System Enhancement
  • Partner with finance teams to gather business needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications for system enhancements.
  • Perform gap analysis to evaluate current system capabilities and identify solutions through configuration, customization, or new functionality.
  • Analyse the technical and business impact of proposed changes to ensure compatibility with existing systems and workflows.
  • Support the rollout of new modules and features across multiple business units and geographic regions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive functional specifications, system documentation, and process guides.


Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance
  • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through system configuration and automation.
  • Manage operational issues, including reporting, timely resolution, and identifying ongoing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and with minimal errors post-deployment.
  • Interface with Oracle and third-party vendors to coordinate technical activities and support.
  • Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle from conception and requirements gathering to launch and iteration


Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2, ideally in the real estate or a similar service industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules, with expertise in the Order to Cash process.
  • Experience supporting at least one global ERP rollout.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PeopleSoft certifications in Financial Management.
  • Oracle Accreditations.
  • Experience with process automation tools and emerging technologies such as GenAI applications.
  • Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules, with expertise in the Order to Cash process.
  • Strong understanding of financial close processes and month-end support requirements.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage complex projects, and deliver results.

Estimated compensation for this position:

200,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
