Key Responsibilities:

Provides leadership and strategic direction to managers and professional staff, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.

Accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams, driving success and achieving sales targets in the technical product domain.

Develops departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities to support the growth and expansion of technical product sales.

Makes decisions based on resource availability, organizational objectives, and market trends to optimize sales strategies.

Applies knowledge of key business drivers, market dynamics, and technical product offerings to maximize department performance and sales growth.

Manages multiple teams, sets departmental priorities, allocates resources, and ensures alignment with business objectives and annual plans.

Identifies and resolves complex operational and organizational problems, leveraging internal and external resources to achieve sales goals.

Supports and funds projects, products, services, and technologies aligned with organizational business plans, driving department success.

Persuades managers, leaders, and stakeholders to take action, and negotiates effectively with external partners, vendors, or customers to secure sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
