Senior Tax Manager in our Domestic Tax team, you9ll own client relationships within a wide variety of industries. Joining our robust team of over 400 tax professionals means you9ll collaborate with colleagues across service lines such as Assurance, Advisory and Specialty Tax, which can broaden your perspective and help you solve client problems, delivering personalized solutions.
As a Senior Tax Manager, you9re a trusted advisor to clients, helping them with corporate and personal tax planning and compliance so they can benefit from tax savings. Here9s some of what you9ll get to do:
Client Experience: Work directly with clients, taking ownership of their experience, and focusing on building and strengthening client-firm relationships. Your expertise will be key in making these important connections and enhancing our overall client services.
Strategic Tax Planning: Develop strategic tax planning solutions tailored to clients9 unique business needs.
Tax Advisory: Help clients navigate the complexities of Canadian Tax Matters. Provide advise on reorganizations, rollovers, windups, amalgamations, succession, and estate planning, as well as reviewing T1, T2, and T3 returns.
Mentorship: Coach and mentor, a team of colleagues on tax compliance, helping them walk in clients9 shoes by discussing tax planning options.
Business Development: Contribute to our growing tax practice by understanding the comprehensive needs of clients9 businesses. Identify and develop new opportunities to meet their objectives and introduce them to our firm9s diverse offerings.

02 You9ve completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course or hold a Master9s degree in Taxation

02 You9re recognized as a technical expert in corporate and personal Canadian tax planning and compliance.

Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors-your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity. To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $104,700-$184,200 Kamloops, BC. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
