Full Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead collaboration with third-party manufacturers and supply partners to translate sales forecasts, product requirements, and supplier lead times into executable supply plans. Assess manufacturing and packaging site capacities, capabilities, constraints, and supply risks; coordinate the timely resolution of bottle necks and other supply disruptions.
Lead and actively participate in weekly meetings with cross-functional and global teams to align priorities, address risks, and track supply-plan execution.
Partner closely with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to maintain accurate demand forecasts and strengthen demand-planning performance.
Serve as support between Supply Chain and Finance for monthly inventory valuation, reconciliation, and reporting.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across planning processes, systems, tools, and performance metrics, while leading change management initiatives to drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, and sustainable results.
Lead Supply Chain planning and cross functional coordination for new product launches, ensuring timely product availability and successful market introduction.
Support procurement activities by aligning materials requirements, inventory levels, supplier lead times, and demand forecasts to ensure continuity of supply.
Use SAP S/4HANA to create purchase orders, review inventory, create and maintain bills of material, receive finished goods, and execute batch level transactions.
Utilize IBP to analyze supply and demand to support informed business needs and objectives.
Establish and execute planning parameters to ensure timely supply of goods.
Partner with Logistics to coordinate timely movement of products from CMO/CPO's to 3PL's.
Collaborate with Quality to prioritize and facilitate timely release of batches, ensuring all required documentation is complete and available.
Work cross functionally to improve end to end supply chain performance.
Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure artwork files and associated documentation remain accurate and current.
Manage procurement of materials supplied by Xiromed by analyzing inventory levels, demand requirements, and project needs.
Provide oversight of packaging, distribution, and shipping activities performed by third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with service, quality, and delivery expectations. Ensure accurate finished good and materials movements in SAP, including product receipt, material consumption tracking, batch transactions, and bill of material reconciliation.
Maintain compliance with applicable cGMP, quality system, and regulatory requirements, ensuring supply chain activities meet established standards. Manage month end supply chain activities.
Demonstrate leadership consistent with the company's vision and values while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across internal teams and external partners. Other duties as required.

Requirements and personal skills
Education: Minimum bachelor's degree, preferred in Engineering, Supply Chain,

Business Information Systems or other equivalent fields.

Experience (years/area): Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Project Management. SAP experience preferred.

Certification (Preferred): APICS CPIM and/or CSCP

Specific Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and supply chain operations, including inventory, procurement, planning, logistics, and finance. Must be results driven and highly organized with excellent communication, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills. Able to manage priorities, in a fast paced, multinational environment, work independently and cross functionally. Must be able to utilize excel, SAP, and IBP to support data driven decisions.

Travel: Up to 10%, domestic and international.
