Senior Manager, Sales - In Store, you will lead a team of ~4 managers who support regional SDR and in-field Account Executives, with full ownership of in-store revenue growth and execution across your region. You will be deeply involved in coaching and developing leaders, setting clear performance expectations, and driving sales execution - from pipeline generation and deal strategy through successful merchant adoption.
You will operate with autonomy in a fast-changing environment - bringing structure to a new and scaling function, contributing to go-to-market and strategic initiatives, supporting product rollouts, and iterating quickly as our in-store offerings and merchant needs evolve.
You will report to the Senior Director of SMB Commerce Platform, who will provide guidance and support as the In-Store sales function continues to scale across North America. This role requires traveling within your region (~2-4 times per quarter) to support your team and merchant partners, with additional time working remotely or from a DoorDash office. In addition, this role will require the ability to travel as needed for in-person collaboration through trainings, offsites, team-building events, and other business related necessity.

- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Strategy & Operations, Sales Development, and Account Management teams to identify opportunities, refine solutions, and optimize customer experiences.

- Innovate and optimize: Identify trends and operational inefficiencies. Design and implement scalable solutions, processes, and tools that increase effectiveness and streamline adoption.

CompensationActual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

$174,240-$256,240 USD
The total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$217,800-$320,300 USD
