Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Services Supply Chain Program Portfolio Management Office (PMO) leads the governance, prioritization, orchestration, and execution oversight of a global portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives across the Services Supply Chain organization. This leader serves as the central point of integration between business functions, transformation teams, digital technology organizations, finance, and executive leadership to ensure investments are aligned with strategy, resources are optimized, risks are managed, and measurable business value is realized.
The role drives portfolio transparency and decision-making through robust governance frameworks, resource and capacity management, portfolio analytics, executive communications, and disciplined program execution. The Senior Manager leads a team of Program Managers and PMO professionals while partnering with senior stakeholders to accelerate transformation, operational excellence, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy & Governance
- Own the Services Supply Chain portfolio governance framework.
- Lead portfolio intake, prioritization, funding alignment, sequencing, and investment decisions.
- Ensure initiatives align with business strategy, transformation roadmaps, operational objectives, and financial targets.
- Facilitate executive portfolio reviews and governance boards.
- Establish portfolio health metrics, KPI frameworks, and value realization processes.
- Drive portfolio trade-off decisions balancing business value, risk, timing, and resource constraints.
Program & Transformation Leadership
- Oversee a portfolio of cross-functional programs spanning:
- Services Operations
- Supply Chain Transformation
- Digital Enablement
- Cost Optimization
- Customer Experience
- Sustainability
- Network Optimization
- Service Delivery Excellence
- Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams.
- Manage interdependencies, milestones, risks, and critical path activities.
- Ensure consistent application of PMO methodologies, phase-gate reviews, and change management practices.
Resource & Capacity Management
- Establish enterprise-level resource planning and demand management processes.
- Lead capability and capacity planning across business and project teams.
- Facilitate resource allocation discussions with functional leaders.
- Optimize portfolio throughput while maintaining sustainable execution capacity.
- Anticipate resource conflicts and proactively recommend resolution strategies.
Executive Stakeholder Management
- Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership.
- Develop executive-level portfolio reporting and decision-ready materials.
- Communicate portfolio status, business outcomes, risks, opportunities, and investment recommendations.
- Lead strategic alignment sessions with business and transformation leaders.
- Influence decisions across complex matrixed organizations.
Financial Management & Value Delivery
- Partner with Finance to manage portfolio budgets and investment planning.
- Develop business cases and ROI assessments.
- Monitor benefits realization and value capture.
- Track portfolio performance against strategic and financial objectives.
- Ensure accountability for business outcomes.
Risk, Compliance & Change Management
- Establish portfolio-level risk management processes.
- Facilitate mitigation plans for strategic and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.
- Lead organizational change management activities supporting transformation initiatives.
- Promote adoption of new capabilities, systems, and operating models.
Data, Analytics & Digital PMO
- Drive PMO digital transformation and modern portfolio management practices.
- Leverage portfolio management platforms and analytics tools.
- Implement dashboards and automated reporting capabilities.
- Enable data-driven decision making through actionable portfolio insights.
- Champion continuous improvement and PMO innovation.
People Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Program Managers, Project Managers, and PMO professionals.
- Establish talent development and succession planning strategies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.
- Build organizational PMO capabilities and project management maturity.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in:

Experience
- 10+ years of experience in:
- Program Management
- Portfolio Management
- PMO Leadership
- Supply Chain Transformation
- Operational Excellence
- 5+ years leading managers and senior-level professionals.
- Proven experience managing complex global portfolios with multimillion-dollar business impact.
- Demonstrated success leading strategic transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- PgMP, PMI-PMOCP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Agile certifications.

Pay & Benefits
The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
